Create Your Own HDR Images with Blender

Posted by Chris Plush on Feb 17, 2018

In this quick tip you’ll learn how to make your own HDR images from your renders in Blender in just a few clicks. Creating your own HDR images can be especially useful for things like product visualization because you’ll be able use custom light studio HDRs for your projects.

Make a note that for these types of HDR images it’s best to use a 2:1 ratio for the render resolution. For example 4000 for the width and 2000 for that height. Also the higher the resolution the better.
